Unsere Tagliolini mit Jakobsmuscheln und Scampi laden dazu ein, innezuhalten und den Genuss einer meisterhaft zubereiteten Komposition auszukosten.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Rezept f\u00fcr 4 Personen<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Zutaten<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">240 g Eier-Tagliolini<br \/>\n200 g Spargel (wei\u00df und gr\u00fcn)<br \/>\n4 frische Jakobsmuscheln<br \/>\n4 Scampi<br \/>\nFrischer Majoran<br \/>\nSchalotte, Zwiebel, Tomate, Brandy<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Zubereitung<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Den Spargel reinigen, in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und mit Schalotte anschwitzen, um seine nat\u00fcrliche S\u00fc\u00dfe hervorzuheben.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">F\u00fcr die Bisque Zwiebel und Tomate anr\u00f6sten, die Scampi hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit Brandy abl\u00f6schen. Mit gesalzenem Wasser aufgie\u00dfen, reduzieren lassen und passieren.
