This is the essence of the Aufguss ceremony, which is practised in the <\/span>Arqu\u00e0 Petrarca Spa of Hotel Tritone<\/span><\/a>, with our <\/span>Aufguss master<\/b> Roberto.<\/b> The Aufguss works on inner relaxation while at the same time producing numerous benefits for the body of each guest.<\/span><\/p>\n

AUFGUSS AND ITS RITUALS IN THE HOTEL TRITONE SAUNA<\/b><\/h3>\n

The <\/span>Modern Aufguss<\/b> is a practice that includes harmonious movements, the diffusion of essential oils through steam, and appropriate musical accompaniment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Different is the <\/span>Meditative Aufguss<\/b>, which lasts about 25 minutes, with a slower, more reflective approach that invites participants to greater introspection, and offers more cabin ventilation. The meditative Aufguss is offered on Mondays and Thursdays, while the modern Aufguss is offered on the remaining days.<\/span><\/p>\n

DETACH YOURSELF FROM THE OUTSIDE WORLD TO TOTALLY RELAX<\/b><\/h3>\n

Aufguss participants are asked to<\/span> leave their phone<\/b> outside the sauna. Only in this way is it possible to cancel all distractions and allow a complete connection with the ritual and with oneself, in mutual respect.<\/span><\/p>\n

UNDERSTANDING THE NECESSITY OF ENTERING THE SAUNA WITHOUT CLOTHES<\/b><\/h3>\n

Costumes are forbidden during the Aufguss<\/b>. Roberto knows that some guests may feel uneasy about<\/span> this, but<\/span> there are two valid reasons why this rule exists. Firstly, synthetic clothing releases harmful particles through heat and these can be inhaled by participants. Secondly, nudity ensures better hygiene and facilitates perspiration.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to the natural cotton towel, privacy is guaranteed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

THE BENEFITS OF THE AUFGUSS INVOLVE MIND AND BODY<\/b><\/h3>\n

Heat <\/b>has several positive effects: it stimulates the production of mood-enhancing endorphins, eliminates toxins and dead cells through sweating, promotes bowel regulation, relaxes muscles by eliminating lactic acid and muscle tension, and improves blood pressure.<\/span><\/p>\n

On a spiritual level, the warmth and the <\/span>setting <\/b>promote mental relaxation and detachment from everyday problems. Many participants say they feel lighter and more serene, with a sense of renewed vitality, after the Aufguss.<\/span><\/p>\n
