Our Lady Chef P\u00e2tissier, with her ever-delicious Italian and international dessert<\/strong> recipes, does a wonderful job of satisfying every palate. Participating in her patisserie courses is a unique opportunity to spend carefree hours in a dreamy and relaxed atmosphere.<\/p>\n

The patisserie course<\/strong> covers recipes for cakes that guests will have already had the opportunity to taste during breakfast, or the dessert buffets at lunch and dinner. All the creations can also be reproduced at home, without the need for special equipment, so you have a piece of your experience at our Hotel to take home with you. Furthermore, you will have a special opportunity to request special recipes<\/strong> that you have tried, or advice<\/strong> on creations you have previously made, but would like to improve.<\/p>\n

During the explanation of the various methods, the Lady Chef P\u00e2tissier will share her expertise with her “students”<\/strong>, showing – for example – the movement to make to blend the mixture without flattening it, or the exact consistency of a delicious cream, revealing tricks known only to professionals.<\/p>\n
