In reality, these waters\u00a0 are very rich in living things: they offer <strong>\u00a0fishing of the highest quality <\/strong>\u00a0causing the surrounding regions to flourish.<\/p>\n<p>At the fist\u00a0 summer buffet event, the Chef will offer fish such as salmon, mackerel, herring, and fresh and dried cod. There will also be <strong>\u00a0imperial crab <\/strong>\u00a0and the fabulous <strong>\u00a0Alaskan\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u00a0black cod <\/strong>, one of the most popular white fish in the world. Upon these warm waters travelled many peoples with <strong>\u00a0a variety of unmistakable culinary traditions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The buffet on 29th June will be dedicated to <strong>\u00a0Indian and Indonesian cuisine <\/strong>: curry chicken, lemon-scented rice, spit-roasted lamb, <strong>\u00a0coconut octopus salad <\/strong>, accompanied by world-renowned dishes such as Indian amberjack, lobster, spiced tuna, and even seafood salad and roasted pork.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>14 July: the <u>\u00a0Seine<\/u>, history of France<\/h3>\n<p>The history of France and its capital Paris wind along the course of the river Seine, which harmoniously traverses them with magnificent beauty.\u00a0 On 14th July, the anniversary of the Taking of the Bastille, <strong>\u00a0we celebrate the <em>\u00a0f\u00eate nationale <\/em>\u00a0of France with an exclusive theme party <\/strong>\u00a0accompanied by a <strong>\u00a0pyrotechnic show<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The protagonists of the evening will be traditional French dishes, which will accompany international cuisine in a surprising blend. We want to pay homage with a journey from the North to the South, following the lines of the rivers and coasts that represent the history of the &#8220;Bel Paese.&#8221; In tasting <strong>\u00a0the regional cuisine specialities <\/strong>, you will experience a wonderful triumph of colours and flavours.<\/p>\n<p>In his presentation of buffet dishes, Chef Luigi Facciotti portrays the South of Italy with buffalo mozzarella and the best fish, such as the albacore, the grouper and the spatula fish. The Chef represents the centre of Italy with Tuscan game and the Roman artichoke; he represents Northern Italy with Piedmontese Fassona and the famous risottos. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Regional specialties will also enrich an array desserts <strong>ranging from apple strud\u00ebl to Neapolitan pastiera. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>15 August: the <u>\u00a0Caribbean Sea <\/u>\u00a0and the triumph of summer<\/h3>\n<p>A tropical party from the Caribbean Sea and its splendid islands will arrive at\u00a0 the pool <strong>\u00a0on 15th August (Ferragosto) <\/strong>. Exotic and tropical specialities will colour the dessert buffet with a rainbow of tastes and flavours.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>31 August: the <u>\u00a0Danube <\/u>\u00a0across Europe<\/h3>\n<p>The last leg of our journey will be a tribute to the River that flows through Europe, a river that was of great importance (as well as of magnificent beauty) during the Middle Ages.
