Chop some rocket and cut the\nscamorza cheese in cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whip the eggs in\na bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add cream and mix until the mixture is\nsmooth and foamy. Now add the rocket and scamorza cheese and pour the mixture\nin the 4 molds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake in the oven\nat 180\u00b0 C &nbsp;for about 12\/15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the pies\nare cooked, wait for them to cool down before removing them from the molds. To\nmake the dish richer, put aside some lamb\u2019s lettuce (sometimes called corn\nsalad) with grape tomatoes and pistachios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>FIRST COURSE: bassano white\nasparagus RISOTTO<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This typical\ndish of the Veneto land<\/strong>&nbsp;is the first delicacy of our menu. Rice and\nlocal asparagus and fresh ingredients are highly recommended. It is essential\nto&nbsp;<strong>follow every phase with loving care<\/strong>&nbsp;to offer your guests a\nrisotto with the unmistakable taste of spring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300g rice<\/li><li>300g asparagus<\/li><li>Vegetable broth &nbsp;<\/li><li>Shallot<\/li><li>White wine <\/li><li>Butter&nbsp;<\/li><li>Grated Parmigiano cheese&nbsp;<\/li><li>Oil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel and cut the\nasparagus in slices. Finely chop finely the shallot and brown it, adding asparagus.\nCook them halfway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the rice and\nlet it absorb the water released by the asparagus then add white wine. Our Executive Chef wanted to exalt this traditional dish by adding a\ntouch of classic spring herbs that <strong>will satisfy<\/strong>&nbsp;even the most\nrefined and demanding palates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDIENTS FOR 4 People:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 kg of lamb ribs<\/li><li>Wild herbs (rosemary, marjoram, mint)<\/li><li>Extra virgin olive oil<\/li><li>Salt, pepper <\/li><li>White wine<\/li><li>Butter&nbsp;<\/li><li>Flour<\/li><li>Beef broth<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Coat the ribs\nwith flour and brown them in a pan on all sides. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle\nwith white wine and continue cooking until desired, adding some broth when\nneeded and always keeping the meat covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle the\nribs with wild herbs, which should be finely chopped, and then add a few pieces\nof butter. The <strong>traditional\nmatch with black chocolate<\/strong>&nbsp;exalts the strawberry aroma and perfectly\nmatches the Easter Menu you have prepared at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>* make it at\nleast one day prior to serving <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>150g cream <\/li><li>150 g whole milk natural yogurt<\/li><li>150 g strawberries&nbsp;<\/li><li>150 g icing sugar <\/li><li>50 g chocolate flakes (preferably black chocolate)<\/li><li>2 isinglass sheets <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove the\nstrawberry stems and wash the fruit. Blend the strawberries, adding a few drops\nof lemon juice to the pulp. Separately, in a bowl, whip the cream with sugar\nuntil it is very foamy.&nbsp; Gently add the strawberry\npuree and yogurt into the bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soak the\nisinglass in water and put the bowl in the microwave. Then add isinglass mixture\nas a final ingredient to the mousse and mix well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Distribute the\nmousse in 4 glasses. Pour a layer of mixture into the glass and then a layer of\nchocolate flakes, repeat to get 3 layers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This dessert\nshould stay at least one day in the fridge to let the isinglass firm the\nmixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now your refined\nlunch is ready, so <strong>Happy Easter with your family<\/strong>&nbsp;and have a day of\nrelaxation and peace.
