With this article we begin a new cycle of appointments here on our blog called “A Word to the Guests of Hotel Tritone.” We have decided to share some of our conversations with guests for our curious readers. The bond we establish with guests helps to us know what they want and need\u00a0 <\/span>and, at times, to learn some of their personal history.<\/p>\n

In these interviews our guests share in their own words about their holiday at\u00a0 <\/span>Hotel Tritone.<\/p>\n

Over to ALFREDO SUDATI<\/b><\/h3>\n

Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?<\/b><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/span>I live in Calvenzano, in the province of \u00a0<\/span><\/span> Bergamo;\u00a0<\/span><\/b> I have a precision mechanics company where I have worked for 55 years.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What kind of trip\/holiday do you like best?<\/b><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/span>I like going to the \u00a0<\/span><\/span> sea\u00a0<\/span><\/b> and, when I was younger, I used to go to the mountains. I usually go on holiday to the Italian islands, to Sicily and Sardinia. I have also been to Sharm el Sheik, Greece, Turkey, Crete and Morocco.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Who do you travel with?<\/b><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/span>I travel with my \u00a0<\/span><\/span> wife <\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> or with a couple of \u00a0<\/span><\/span> friends.\u00a0<\/span><\/b> At one time I went on organized holidays as well.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

How long have you been coming to Hotel Tritone?<\/b><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/span>I have been coming here \u00a0<\/span><\/span> for over 20 years; I come twice a year,\u00a0<\/span><\/b> in May and October.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I feel so well since I started coming to Hotel Tritone: thanks to physiotherapy and massages I have no pain or neck problems. I have just finished the\u00a0<\/span> mud therapy.<\/span><\/a> Next I will have a facial treatment and massages.<\/p>\n

Here I forget about work and I completely relax.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

How long do you stay for?<\/b><\/h4>\n

About 10 days, in both May and October. I go to the beach at the end of June; I don’t go anywhere in August.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Which experiences do you like best here?<\/b><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/span>I have \u00a0<\/span><\/span> treatments\u00a0<\/span><\/b> every day. Then I go to the pool and relax on the sunbed outside to sunbathe. In the afternoon, during my free hours, I go shopping.<\/p>\n

What do you think of the SPA?<\/b><\/h4>\n

I have seen the Spa evolve, and the new one is just what was missing.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What about the cuisine?<\/b><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/span>There cuisine is going from strength to strength, and I say that as someone who is very demanding. <\/b><\/a><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> \u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/a><\/span> I’m hard to please because I don’t like all dishes, but here at Tritone I eat everything that is offered.<\/p>\n

Last night, for example, there was risotto with fried asparagus and shrimp. I wouldn’t normally eat such a dish, but I did so gladly – and enjoyed it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The buffet <\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> is also very well curated.<\/p>\n

How about the surrounding area?<\/b><\/h4>\n

I have visited Padua and Venice.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Who do you know best among the staff at the Hotel?<\/b><\/h4>\n

I know everyone a bit because I’ve been coming here for a long time now.<\/p>\n

But I know Stefano, the Maitre, and all the waiters. For a while Stefano called me\u00a0<\/span> Mr. Maserati\u00a0<\/span><\/b> because by now everyone had given me this nickname.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>I have done \u00a0<\/span><\/span> physiotherapy\u00a0<\/span><\/b> for many years with Michela, and Chiara does face. The girl who takes care of hands and feet knows my feet well: I often tell her that I was elected Mr. Feet in Salsomaggiore!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What are your fondest memories of Hotel Tritone?<\/b><\/h4>\n

I have a good relationship with the staff, and a great friendship with the physiotherapist.<\/p>\n

I get on well with the vice-maitre,\u00a0<\/span><\/b> \u00a0 <\/span>so much so that we tell each other stories about our respective cars and go out for a drink in the evening.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>I know many of the \u00a0<\/span><\/span> locals\u00a0<\/span><\/b> as well. I am a friend of Aerelli, who has a bicycle shop on the border with Montegrotto Terme. We organized unforgettable parties together.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Why would you recommend Tritone to a friend?<\/b><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Because here I find everything I want:\u00a0<\/span><\/b> good food, friendly people and an entire staff that is available for any request. In addition, the rooms have been renovated several times over the years, and the hotel is always resplendent.<\/p>\n
