Some of these are used by the Chef in the kitchen as he prepares dishes for Hotel Tritone guests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>OLIVE OIL FROM THE EUGANEAN HILLS AT THE HOTEL TRITONE<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The selection of oils available for the Chef and staff in the dining room to use includes both a special extra virgin olive oil and a variety of flavoured oils.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our guests&#8217; favourite is <\/span><b>Blend<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, an <\/span><b>extra virgin olive oil<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with a balanced flavour, neither too bitter nor too spicy, with hints of artichoke and grass, and an aftertaste of sweet almonds.
