Versez le tout dans une casserole et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, sans vous arr\u00eater de fouetter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois que le m\u00e9lange est parvenu \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, placez-le dans un r\u00e9cipient et recouvrez-le de film, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en veillant \u00e0 ce que ce dernier soit en contact avec le m\u00e9lange<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Mettez ensuite au cong\u00e9lateur pendant au moins 2 heures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque le m\u00e9lange sera refroidi, la cr\u00e8me sera pr\u00eate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 kg de farine<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">600 g de beurre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">400 g de sucre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40 g de jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 \u0153uf<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00e9trissez le beurre et le sucre \u00e0 la machine (avec le fouet \u00e0 p\u00e2te) ou <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">manuellement<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Lorsque le m\u00e9lange est homog\u00e8ne, ajoutez tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients et travaillez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit compacte et se d\u00e9tache des bords.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laissez reposer au moins 3 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s avoir fait reposer le m\u00e9lange, \u00e9talez-le sur 4 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, faites des trous dans la p\u00e2te avec les dents d&rsquo;une fourchette, puis recouvrez des moules \u00e0 tarte avec la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e.
