Pour une cuisson \u00e0 point, il faut compter <strong>environ 8\u00a0minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la cuisson termin\u00e9e, laissez reposer la viande quelques instants, coupez le filet en tranches d\u2019une \u00e9paisseur d\u2019environ 1\u00a0cm (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2\u00a0cm en fonction des go\u00fbts de chacun) et disposez sur un plat.
