La douceur de la citrouille, le parfum du thym et l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me incomparable des c\u00e8pes \u00e9voquent la saison des souvenirs, des promenades dans les bois et des tables chaudes. Dans ce cadre, l&rsquo;H\u00f4tel Tritone c\u00e9l\u00e8bre l&rsquo;essence du terroir avec un plat alliant tradition et finesse : le <\/span><b>risotto au potiron, aux c\u00e8pes frais et au thym<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un hommage \u00e0 la cuisine de saison et \u00e0 l&rsquo;authenticit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notre chef a voulu r\u00e9interpr\u00e9ter un grand classique automnal, en choisissant la <\/span><b>citrouille<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, reine de la douceur et de l&rsquo;onctuosit\u00e9, pour rencontrer les <\/span><b>c\u00e8pes frais des collines eugan\u00e9ennes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et le <\/span><b>thym parfum\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Risotto au potiron, aux c\u00e8pes frais et au thym<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>Recette pour 4 personnes<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">240 g de riz Vialone Nano<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 citrouille\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">250 g de c\u00e8pes frais<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thym frais<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 g de beurre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 g de parmesan<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pr\u00e9paration<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coupez le potiron en deux, retirez les graines et enveloppez-le dans du papier d&rsquo;aluminium avec une branche de thym, une pinc\u00e9e de sel et un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive vierge extra. Faites-le cuire au four \u00e0 140\u00b0 pendant environ une demi-heure. Faites-les sauter dans une po\u00eale avec un peu d&rsquo;huile, une pinc\u00e9e de sel et quelques feuilles de thym.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faites griller le riz dans une cocotte, puis arrosez-le avec le bouillon chaud pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment. Ajoutez les cubes de citrouille et la pur\u00e9e, en remuant soigneusement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une consistance cr\u00e9meuse.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avant de remuer, ajoutez les c\u00e8pes frits, le beurre et le parmesan.
