Ils t\u00e9moignent de son temp\u00e9rament, en parfaite harmonie <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">avec les id\u00e9es visionnaires de la Direction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>FEDERICO, PR\u00c9SENTEZ-VOUS \u00c0 CEUX QUI NE VOUS CONNAISSENT PAS.<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je suis Federico C., j&rsquo;ai 30 ans et je viens de Padoue.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>POUVEZ-VOUS<\/b> NOUS<b> RACONTER VOTRE HISTOIRE?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J&rsquo;ai \u00e9tudi\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;institut h\u00f4telier d&rsquo;Abano Terme. Plus tard, j&rsquo;ai fait un stage de deux ans et demi \u00e0 Montegrotto Terme, au cours duquel j&rsquo;ai appris les <\/span><b>\u00a0bases de la p\u00e2tisserie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. J&rsquo;ai ensuite eu l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de cumuler diff\u00e9rentes exp\u00e9riences en Italie et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, comme l&rsquo;Acad\u00e9mie de P\u00e2tisserie \u00e0 Rome, une p\u00e9riode de travail dans un h\u00f4tel 5 \u00e9toiles \u00e0 Milan, et d&rsquo;autres dans les restaurants \u00e9toil\u00e9s d&rsquo;<\/span><b>Alain Ducasse <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00e0 Montecarlo et un h\u00f4tel \u00e0 Gardone Riviera. \u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, j&rsquo;ai pass\u00e9 un an chez le ma\u00eetre chocolatier <\/span><b>\u00a0Christophe Morel au Canada <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0et j&rsquo;ai eu une exp\u00e9rience dans une chocolaterie en France, \u00e9galement dans le groupe Ducasse.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>QUEL EST VOTRE R\u00d4LE \u00c0 L&rsquo;H\u00d4TEL TRITONE ? ET EN QUOI CONSISTE VOTRE TRAVAIL?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je suis le <\/span><b>\u00a0Chef P\u00e2tissier <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0de l&rsquo;H\u00f4tel Tritone et je coordonne une \u00e9quipe de deux personnes. Mon objectif est d&rsquo;\u00e9lever encore le niveau de la p\u00e2tisserie en m&rsquo;appuyant sur mes exp\u00e9riences pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. De plus, j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Walter Poli tr\u00e8s d\u00e9sireux d&rsquo;innover, par exemple en investissant dans <\/span><b>\u00a0des machines \u00e0 la pointe de la technologie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans ma recherche de nouvelles formes, go\u00fbts et plats, cette disponibilit\u00e9 est capitale.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>QU&rsquo;EST-CE QUE VOUS AIMEZ LE PLUS DANS VOTRE TRAVAIL?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J&rsquo;aime <\/span><b>\u00e9tudier de nouvelles recettes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0pour \u00e9tonner les clients, surtout si je me retrouve face \u00e0 des gens qui appr\u00e9cient la p\u00e2tisserie.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>\u00c0 QUEL MOMENT VOUS SENTEZ-VOUS LE PLUS PROCHE DES H\u00d4TES DANS VOTRE TRAVAIL AU TRITONE?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant le <\/span><b>cours de p\u00e2tisserie <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0que nous faisons tous les mercredis. C&rsquo;est un moment important o\u00f9 le client peut comprendre comment les desserts sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s et pourquoi certains choix sont faits. De cette fa\u00e7on, ils comprennent mieux la s\u00e9lection des ingr\u00e9dients et l&rsquo;engagement qui la sous-tend.
