On the occasion of our 60th anniversary, we wanted to create something truly special: thus was born the Royal Tritone, a celebratory cocktail that encapsulates the essence of our region and the elegance that has always distinguished the hospitality of our hotel.

The carefully chosen ingredients enhance excellent local products and harmonise perfectly with each other:

• Walter’s Gin, our distillate, featuring essences such as juniper, sage, olive leaf and elderflower.
• Blueberry syrup, with an intense colour and fruity sweetness.
• Fresh lime juice, which gives a pleasant citrusy, fresh note.
• St-Germain liqueur, an elegant elderflower liqueur that lends the cocktail delicacy and a refined floral note.

The result is a drink in a refined blue colour, reminiscent of the relaxing tones of our thermal pools and the exclusive atmosphere of the hotel.
