From traditional puddings to international desserts, explore your favourite recipes

Our Lady Chef Pâtissier, with her ever-delicious Italian and international dessert recipes, does a wonderful job of satisfying every palate. Participating in her patisserie courses is a unique opportunity to spend carefree hours in a dreamy and relaxed atmosphere.

The patisserie course covers recipes for cakes that guests will have already had the opportunity to taste during breakfast, or the dessert buffets at lunch and dinner. All the creations can also be reproduced at home, without the need for special equipment, so you have a piece of your experience at our Hotel to take home with you. Furthermore, you will have a special opportunity to request special recipes that you have tried, or advice on creations you have previously made, but would like to improve.

 

The secrets of a perfect creation

The demonstration starts with the description of the ingredients and  the various amounts used, before going on to explain the method, showing the basic steps.

During the explanation of the various methods, the Lady Chef Pâtissier will share her expertise with her “students”, showing – for example – the movement to make to blend the mixture without flattening it, or the exact consistency of a delicious cream, revealing tricks known only to professionals.

Using her advice, you will learn all the secrets of a perfect patisserie confection that will amaze those for whom you make it.

I also offers suggestions about the ingredients — how to choose the right quality of chocolate, or how to toast dried fruit in order to bring out its fragrance.

Open to any question, our Lady Chef Pâtissier will guide you to the best decisions to  cater to your every need. She will tell you how to reduce fat and calories in recipes, suggesting alternative ingredients, such as less refined sugars, or plant substitutes for dairy products, and explain when it is better to use a fan or standard oven.
